Within the Viking Garn Raggen range, you’ll discover a functional and high-performance sock yarn combining the natural warmth of wool with nylon’s resilience. Its 70% superwash wool + 30% nylon blend offers excellent balance between comfort, insulation, and durability. 

Although designed for socks, Raggen adapts beautifully to sweaters, hats, gloves, and other wearables needing durability under frequent use. The yarn comes in a wide variety of colors — solids, mottled tones, and speckled prints — enabling creativity and versatility in your projects.

Thanks to its superwash treatment, Raggen can be machine washed at 40 °C on a wool program — convenient for everyday wear. The yarn has excellent stitch definition and a stable texture, giving your knits a clean, even finish that lasts.
